Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prep vacant homes for new residents. You will conduct move-out inspections, perform repairs, install hardware, detectors, and lighting, and ensure homes meet safety and quality standards.

You will work independently to manage daily workloads, support efficient turnarounds, and document progress in company systems. Maymont values growth, safety, and a people-first culture across its expanding portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in handyman, maintenance, or construction preferred (1–3 years).
• Basic residential repair knowledge and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial move-out inspections and identify repair needs.
• Install/repair doors, blinds, lighting, switches, and detectors.
• Complete basic drywall patching and interior touch-ups.
• Document repairs and upload photos in company systems.
• Manage daily workload and maintain timely turns.
