Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC's The Mark seeks a Maintenance/Service Technician to perform make-ready repairs on vacant units prior to move-in. HVAC certification is preferred. The role includes on-call responsibilities and collaboration with the Service Manager.

Responsibilities include completing work orders promptly, assisting with inventory and maintenance tasks, and ensuring the property remains clean and well-maintained. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills required or preferred.
• Certifications: CFC, SDS/OSHA knowledge; 608 refrigerant preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Be on 24-hour on-call as scheduled by Service Manager.
• Assist with inventory control and maintenance supplies.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs; review with Service Manager.
• Complete work orders with same-day completion mindset.
• Maintain a clean and safe maintenance shop and grounds.
