Job summary

National Horizon Real Estate Services, LLC is seeking a dependable Service Technician I to support a 200+ unit multifamily community in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role focuses on preparing vacant apartments for new residents, performing make-ready repairs, punch lists, minor maintenance, and fixture replacement to meet company standards before move-in.

You will inspect units, patch drywall, paint touch-ups, prep appliances, replace HVAC filters, and ensure doors and fixtures operate properly.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of residential maintenance, repair, or related hands-on work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to safely use common hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned apartment turns on schedule and to standards.
• Inspect vacant homes for maintenance, safety and cosmetic deficiencies.
• Perform minor repairs, drywall patching, painting touch-ups, and fixture replacements.
• Prepare appliances for operation and ensure proper operation and cleanliness.
• Replace routine components like HVAC filters, batteries, bulbs and seals.
• Identify needs requiring senior staff or vendor support and report promptly.
