National Horizon Real Estate Services, LLC is seeking a dependable Service Technician I to support a 200+ unit multifamily community in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on turnover and make-ready work, including repairs, inspections, and final detailing to ensure move-in readiness.

The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work with maintenance, leasing, and management teams. Training and benefits are provided, with on-site duties at the Las Vegas community.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of residential maintenance and repair.
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.
• Follow work orders, inspections, and safety procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Complete vacant apartment turns per schedules and standards.
• Review make-ready scopes, inspection reports, and punch lists before work.
• Inspect apartments for maintenance, safety, cosmetic, and operational issues.
• Perform minor repairs: fixtures, doors, plumbing, electrical, and finishes.
• Prepare appliances and replace routine turnover components.
