Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure vacant units meet quality standards and are turned quickly to market-ready condition. You will perform repairs, caulking, painting, inspections, and assist with grounds maintenance to keep communities inviting and safe.

This on-site role requires attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a commitment to Greystar's safety policies while supporting cost-control efforts and timely work orders.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in residential property management or similar setting.
• Ability to perform repairs, painting, caulking, and inspections.
• Commitment to safety policies and documenting work orders.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and make-ready tasks for vacant units per checklist.
• Ensure proper caulking, sealing, and cosmetic touch-ups as directed.
• Inspect for damage, perform paint, and assist with grounds maintenance.
• Support cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing when feasible.
• Maintain documentation and participate in safety trainings.
