Job summary

Wan Bridge Group is seeking a Make Ready Tech to deeply prepare rental units for occupancy and to uphold rigorous quality standards across the property. You will maintain safe, welcoming environments for tenants, perform routine grounds and maintenance tasks, and coordinate with the management team to ensure timely completion of work orders and move-in/move-out orientations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliable transportation in Texas, and fluent English communication; schedule

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in maintenance or related field is preferred.
• Proficient with basic maintenance procedures and tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform Make Ready tasks to prepare units for new tenants.
• Maintain community grounds and common areas, entrances and amenities.
• Complete service orders promptly and accurately.
• Assist in general handyman and repair duties as needed.
• Conduct move-in/move-out orientations for new tenants.
• Coordinate with managers and vendors as required.
• Support pool and amenity area upkeep and maintenance.
