Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, TX is hiring a Make Ready technician to maintain and ready apartment homes. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry, and install appliances as needed, ensuring units are move-in ready.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. On-call availability and a valid driver’s license may be required; the company offers competitive pay

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related maintenance or trade experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and HVAC repair knowledge; HVAC cert preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• May require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical.
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Assist in maintaining exterior for clean curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
