Qualifications

• Experience with apartment turnovers and completing within five days.
• Proficient in plumbing repairs and basic carpentry tasks.
• Ability to perform drywall, painting, locking hardware, and groundskeeping.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently turning units to the highest standards within 5 days.
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry, roofing, and HVAC repairs.
• Inspect and maintain property grounds and common areas daily.
• On-call rotation for emergencies on nights and weekends.
• Manage work and purchase orders and ensure safety.
