Job summary

Hanover Company in Burlingame, CA is seeking a Make Ready Technician to perform quality maintenance and make-ready tasks for a luxury mid-rise community in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities include painting and patching sheetrock, exterior painting, assisting with make-readies, restriping parking lots, following safety programs, and lifting up to 75 pounds. Competitive hourly pay and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
• Lifting belt required.
• Represent property and Hanover professionally through dress and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Paint and patchwork sheetrock in apartments and offices.
• Paint building exteriors and fencing when needed.
• Assist in basic make-readies.
• Re-stripe parking lots, curbs, tennis courts, and other common areas when directed.
• Follow all safety programs implemented by Hanover and according to policy.
• Walk the property and report any liability problems immediately.
• Perform any and all duties called upon by supervisors to ensure property operates efficiently.
• Carry company issued mobile device when on call.
