Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic improvements to company standards. You will work with the maintenance and property management teams to ensure move-in ready units on schedule and a strong first impression.

The role offers full-time, onsite work at Diamond Hillside/Pittsburgh, CA, with a path toward Maintenance Technician.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/ turnover experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members while working throughout the community.
