Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations team at The Harbours Apartments in Clinton Township, MI. You will restore vacant homes to market-ready condition and support move-in deadlines.

Responsibilities include drywall, painting, caulking, appliance repairs, and assisting with snow removal. The role values reliability, basic computer skills, and effective resident communication, with on-the-job training offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance with drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC preferred but training available.
• HVAC Certification or experience preferred but training offered.
• Must possess own tools and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all vacant apartment homes are restored to market-ready status.
• Completing full vacant turn process in a timely manner to meet move-in deadlines including drywall repairs, painting, caulking and grouting.
• Repair or replace appliances, faucets, garbage disposals, entry locks, windows as well as carpentry and ceramic tile installation.
• Completing administrative paperwork as necessary.
• Assisting with snow and ice removal, as required.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
