Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Housekeeper to clean vacant units and property common areas in preparation for marketing and occupancy. The role reports to maintenance or the business manager and collaborates with the maintenance staff to uphold property standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning, reporting maintenance issues, inventory support, and making ready units for move-ins. Candidates should be able to work on-call and extended hours, with good English communication and a valid

Responsibilities

• Clean the property business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments, and common areas on a defined schedule.
• Clean vacant apartment units in preparation for showing and occupancy.
• Report maintenance problems to the supervisor.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Perform duties using safety guidelines and report obstacles.
• Make ready units for new move-ins and check appliances; inform Lead Maintenance of problems.
• Make keys when necessary.
• Inspect bathroom tiles and perform minor repairs and replacements.
• Change A/C filters.
• Operate carpet cleaning equipment to clean carpets.
• Assist during trash-out of apartments.
