Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Housekeeper responsible for cleaning vacant units and common areas to ready properties for marketing and occupancy. You will work with maintenance staff and report issues as needed.

The role requires English communication, reliability, and willingness to work on-call with extended hours, including weekends. Valid driver's license and transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform all assigned housekeeping tasks safely.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work on call and extended hours, including weekends.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work; good customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the property office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments, and common areas on schedule.
• Cleans vacant apartment units in preparation for showing and occupancy.
• Report maintenance problems to the supervisor.
• Assists with inventory control.
• Performs duties using safety guidelines and reports obstacles.
• Make ready units for new move-ins; check appliances and report problems.
• Make keys when necessary; inspect bathroom tiles and perform minor repairs.
• Change A/C filters and operate carpet cleaning equipment.
• Assist during trash-out of the apartment, moving bulky items to the dumpster.
