Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Tech to efficiently complete maintenance in vacant apartments to prepare them for market-ready move-ins, at The Emerson in Pflugerville, TX. You will perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and related tasks while maintaining safety standards and timely completion of service requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance and building upkeep.
• Ability to perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks.
