Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Tech to efficiently complete maintenance in vacant apartments to ensure market-ready move-ins. You will perform carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, and lock-related tasks, while upholding safety standards and timely service.

Ideal candidates are punctual, self-motivated multitaskers who can work well in a team environment and carry a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general maintenance, painting, and grounds care.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain company safety standards.
