Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Project Manager, Major Projects, Facilities to drive apartment upgrades, energy efficiency initiatives, and major capital projects. You will collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless renovations that enhance property value and sustainability.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, hands-on management, and cross-functional leadership to deliver high-quality results aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the apartment upgrade process, ensuring alignment with objectives and collaboration with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop renovation packages, finalize finishes with the Design Director, and source materials.
• Coordinate with Regional Facilities Managers to integrate pricing estimates and draft project scopes.
• Lead the bid process, contractor selection, and project contracting; refine renovation policies and scripts.
• Monitor progress, report regularly, and participate in due diligence for design and cost estimation.
