Job summary

The Morgan Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead preconstruction and construction activities across multi-family developments. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and overall project delivery.

Ideal candidates will have experience managing large-scale construction programs, expertise with Procore and Primavera, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• BS degree in construction management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and track documents and schedules for preconstruction and construction phases.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and manage action items.
• Coordinate RFI processes and ensure plans are updated in Procore and field set.
• Oversee safety, QA/QC, budgets, and change management.
• Mentor project team members and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, permits, and inspections.
