Jupiter Medical Center is seeking a Major Gifts Manager to drive a comprehensive solicitation program. You will build and manage a portfolio of gift prospects (150+), conducting at least 120 face-to-face visits annually and advancing donor relationships with a focus on strategic importance to the $500 million campaign.

You will collaborate with the Philanthropy Team and leadership to identify, cultivate, and solicit major benefactors, ensuring high-quality materials and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years nonprofit fundraising experience, donor cultivation and solicitation.
• Ability to exercise independent initiative and judgement.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills; articulate mission clearly.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a portfolio of gift prospects (150+) and conduct 120+ face-to-face visits annually.
• Identify, cultivate, and solicit prospective benefactors; connect donors to Jupiter Medical Center.
• Support major gift campaigns and collaborate with the philanthropy team and leadership.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and ensure timely, well-written materials.
• Travel regionally as needed to identify and steward donors.
