Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center in Palm Beach County is seeking a Major Gifts Manager to lead a comprehensive solicitation program. You will manage a large portfolio of prospects, travel regionally for donor meetings, and work with the philanthropy team to advance the $500 million campaign.

The role requires at least 3 years of nonprofit fundraising, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to represent the medical center with a wide range of stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Proven ability to cultivate and solicit major gifts and corporate sponsorships.
• Ability to represent the Foundation with diverse constituencies.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong strategic planning and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of 150+ gift prospects and conduct 120+ face-to-face visits annually.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit prospective benefactors and connect them to Jupiter Medical Center.
• Support the $500 million comprehensive campaign with the Major Gifts Team.
• Prepare compelling letters, proposals, and reports in a timely manner.
• Plan high-level cultivation and stewardship events.
