Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, donor development, major gifts, relationship management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating and securing significant charitable gifts.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsabilités

• Build and strengthen relationships with major donors, prospective supporters, and ministry partners to grow engagement and financial support.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the ministry’s major donor program through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, conduct outreach and donor meetings, and coordinate engagement opportunities.
