Pathways Youth & Family Services Inc is seeking a Major Gifts Officer to establish and manage a regional major gifts program for the Dallas/Fort Worth area, reporting to the CEO. Develop a sustainable donor pipeline and support statewide advancement, aiming for $500,000 in new or renewed commitments within 24–36 months.

You will lead donor engagement, collaborate across leadership, and build tailored stewardship plans while managing a 75–125 prospect portfolio and coordinating with the Grants

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, communications or related field.
• 5–8 years of frontline fundraising, with major gifts experience.
• CFRE preferred but not required.
• Strong track record in identifying, soliciting and stewarding major gifts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a major gift fundraising plan to meet revenue goals.
• Lead all phases of donor engagement: identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship.
• Build a portfolio of up to 75–125 major gift prospects and personally solicit $10,000+ gifts.
• Collaborate with CEO, board and staff; prepare proposals and ask strategies.
• Track progress in CRM and report portfolio activity and donor trends.
