The Wilma Theater seeks a Development Associate to support major gifts fundraising and board activities in Philadelphia. The role focuses on research, data entry, scheduling, event planning and donor cultivation with high attention to detail and warm, professional communication.

The position combines major gifts work (60%) with executive support (40%), including calendar management, board coordination, budgeting and communications, offering exposure to a vibrant arts nonprofit.

Qualifikationen

• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office in an office setting

Aufgaben

• Identify major gift prospects using Tessitura, iwave, and other tools
• Research major gift prospects and create donor profiles
• Maintain donor interaction records in the CRM
• Plan and execute donor cultivation events and meetings
• Coordinate and manage the Managing Director’s calendar and materials
• Support board management and governance activities
• Assist with department budgets and presentation materials
