Job summary

The Stanford University School of Medicine is seeking a Development Coordinator for the Major Gifts team in Palo Alto. This hybrid, onsite-minimum role supports three major gift officers and the Office of External Relations with a full range of administrative services.

You will organize donor records, draft communications, coordinate travel, prepare reports, and assist in donor cultivation events while maintaining accurate data in the university database.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with office software.
• Experience with database systems such as Microsoft Access.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to three major gift officers and prepare meeting materials.
• Coordinate travel and prepare reports.
• Draft routine communications and manage donor materials.
• Assist with donor research and budget tracking.
