Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule calendars for gift officers and team members, resolve conflicts, and arrange travel per policies.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including vendor arrangements, materials, logistics and budgeting.
  • Assist in design and production of fundraising materials.
  • Build networks and stay informed on university initiatives and activities.
  • Review funds, track gifts, and generate simple donor reports using university databases.
  • Retrieve prospect information, update records, and generate reports.
