ADP - Sales Representative, Major Accounts

In this role, you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to companies with 50–999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, forecast your pipeline, and collaborate with internal partners to implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Employ a consultative sales strategy to engage decision‑makers and business owners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and hand off to implementation teams.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reports.
• Build and nurture relationships within existing accounts, driving additional sales opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, or related sales.
• Proven track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
• Self‑starter with excellent communication skills, both in‑person and over the phone.
• Comfortable with cold calls, time management, and presenting ideas clearly.
• Entrepreneurial, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Integrity, relationship building, and commitment to delivering on promises.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building networks and using social media for sales.
