Starting pay per hour for Maintenance Worker is $18.40 to $22.08 depending on experience.
Additional $1.25 for ability to demonstrate the operation of light equipment, MUTCD knowledge, and 2 years of experience in the field.
Additional $1.25 for CDL.
Up to an additional $0.50 for TDA.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; one year of landscaping and maintenance experience.
Licenses or Certifications: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
Work performed indoors and outdoors; moderate physical effort; ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
