Job summary

GDI, Inc. is seeking a facility maintenance technician in Missoula to perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general repairs across mall properties. This role requires hands-on work in varying weather and indoor/outdoor spaces, with an emphasis on safety and teamwork.

You will troubleshoot lighting, perform routine upkeep, inspect for hazards, and operate tools safely. The company offers promotional opportunities, PTO, EAP and weekly pay, with a strong culture of dependable, quality

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair techniques.
• Strong work ethic and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety oriented and capable of lifting and ladder work.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and replace lighting fixtures and bulbs in common areas and exterior spaces.
• Perform general repairs to walls, ceilings, doors, locks, and other property features.
• Inspect the property regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working condition.
• Follow all safety policies and use of PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs to walls ceilings, doors, locks, handrails, benches, and other mall property.
• Inspect the property regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
