Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma required.
• Internal applicants must have 1 year Direct Care experience.
• Must have completed Tech 22 Initial Qualifications Training and Operations, Treatment and Human Resources Essentials prior to placement.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program and an atmosphere supportive of the students' needs.
• Ensure staff-to-student ratio adheres to licensing standards and maintain the daily schedule.
• Ensure facility (unit, cottage, house, room, dorm, etc.) is on time for all program elements.
• Supervise assigned shifts effectively and efficiently to support program operations.

As a Group Supervisor you’ll provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program and provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students. Ensures staff and students adheres to the facility and daily schedule, ensures that the facility (unit, cottage, house, room, dorm, etc.) is on time for all elements and the students participate in all of the scheduled activities. Operates assigned shifts effectively and efficiently while maintaining the proper staff to student ratio for coverage according to licensing standards.
