As a Group Supervisor you’ll provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program and provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students. Ensures staff and students adheres to the facility and daily schedule, ensures that the facility (unit, cottage, house, room, dorm, etc.) is on time for all elements and the students participate in all of the scheduled activities. Operates assigned shifts effectively and efficiently while maintaining the proper staff to student ratio for coverage according to licensing standards.
