Job summary

North Slope Borough is seeking an administrative professional to monitor, track, and dispatch 7i Datastream maintenance work orders. The role includes coordinating clerical and accounting activities, processing invoices for payment, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities extend to preparing reports, timesheets, and schedules, with ongoing updates to MMIS data. A valid Alaska driver’s license is required during probation, and the workplace adheres to an alcohol- and drug-free policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 12 years of education plus related experience.
• 3 years combined office management, inventory control, work order maintenance and accounting experience.
• 6 months MMIS/Access Database experience for S&R workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track and dispatch 7i Datastream maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate clerical and accounting activities within the department.
• Process invoices for payment and assist staff training programs.
