Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in production control or maintenance coordination in government contracting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Maximo and Microsoft Office Suite; valid driver's license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full scope of work control operations including intake, prioritization, assignment, and closeout of service orders.
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams and government representatives on work order status.
• Receive, review, validate, and prioritize service requests per contract requirements.
• Dispatch maintenance technicians and subcontractors with proper skill alignment.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long-range maintenance schedules.
• Plan, coordinate, and track preventive maintenance activities for timely execution.
