Job summary

At Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC), the Lead Project Controls Manager/Scheduler drives integrated cost and schedule performance for a multi-site ECS/MNS modernization program. You will own IMS creation, cost loading, and forecasting while coordinating with government stakeholders and vendors.

The role requires 7–10+ years in project controls, strong Primavera P6 and Maximo skills, and the ability to lead executive-level reporting and risk analysis across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, business, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of progressive project controls, scheduling, construction management, or related federal experience.
• Experience leading project controls on federal design-build or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project controls lead and advisor to the Project Manager and leadership team.
• Develop, maintain, and present IMS with resource and cost loading.
• Monitor cost, schedule, forecasting, and progress to support contract performance.
