Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks on building, grounds, equipment and appliances as directed.
• Safely transport residents in community van to appointments and activities.
• Assist with activity programming and resident engagement as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of work areas and common spaces.
