Job summary

Harmony Health Group is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to support day-to-day operations, facility upkeep, safety, and client transportation. The role collaborates with the Facilities Manager to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for clients and staff.

You will perform routine maintenance, handle work orders, assist with transports, and follow all safety protocols while documenting tasks and coordinating with teams.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic maintenance and repairs.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Able to work with clients, staff, vendors, and leadership.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager with routine facility maintenance, repairs, and general operational tasks.
• Complete assigned work orders and assist with preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the facility and grounds.
• Assist with moving equipment, furniture, supplies, and other items as needed.
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or facility concerns to the Facilities Manager.
• Transport clients to appointments, activities, or other approved destinations as needed, following all company transportation and safety procedures.
