Infinitek in Mullan, ID is seeking an experienced Maintenance Training Supervisor to lead the development and delivery of training programs across a busy maintenance operation, with underground mining experience a major advantage.

The role develops and maintains training programs and SOPs, delivers classroom, practical and equipment-specific training, establishes a train-the-trainer program, and works with maintenance supervisors to identify skills gaps.

Qualifications

• Five years of industrial operations experience.
• MSHA 40-hour training required.
• ATF possessor’s clearance required.
• Underground mining experience preferred.
• MSHA Blue Card is a plus.

Responsabilités

The supervisor develops and maintains training programs and SOPs, delivers classroom, practical and equipment‑specific training, establishes a train‑the‑trainer program, works with maintenance supervisors and foremen to identify skills gaps, maintains training records and compliance documentation, supports MSHA annual refresher training and provides hands‑on underground equipment training and escape tours for new employees. Requires at least five years of industrial operational experience, MSHA 40‑hour training and ATF possessor’s clearance; MSHA Blue Card preferred.
