Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant maintenance and engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of equipment capabilities and safety practices.
• Experience with roll forming or stamping processes is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, delegate and grow a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce PPE and safety SOPs.
• Provide safety leadership and drive a safety culture with risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and state safety regulations.
• Plan, direct and lead day-to-day maintenance and T&D activities.
• Generate work orders, track progress and coordinate with production.
• Drive continuous improvement and establish lean maintenance KPIs.
• Manage maintenance budget planning and identify cost saving opportunities.
• Develop and execute TPM and preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with engineering on equipment modifications and major installations.
• Coach and develop the maintenance team and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain operating and training manuals and provide backup to other managers.
