You will oversee TPM, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability programs, plus manage scheduling, safety, and collaboration across teams. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 7+ years of maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience implementing TPM programs.
• Knowledge of maintenance, failure analysis, and time management.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM implementation and ongoing maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve performance.
• Plan and schedule maintenance staff, materials, and activities with safety and regulatory compliance in mind.
• Develop standard procedures for monitoring equipment performance and safety.
• Analyze equipment data to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing goals and efficiency.
• Manage hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions while promoting a safety-first culture.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and lead process-improvement initiatives to reduce downtime.
