Job summary

Owens Corning Mount Vernon Plant is seeking a Maintenance Leader to guide a maintenance team in delivering safe, reliable operations, and cost-effective performance. You will lead TPM initiatives, coach hourly staff, and drive continuous improvement across PM, RWP and 5S practices.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations and a proven track record of leading industrial maintenance with a strong safety mindset and people development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Operations.
• Experience leading maintenance for industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record in safety culture and TPM.

Responsibilities

• Live the Safety stand, adhere to safety responsibilities.
• Lead maintenance team to ensure safe, compliant operations and proactive PM/RWP programs.
• Drive TPM initiatives and world-class housekeeping (5S) standards.
• Partner with Mount Vernon Plant to deliver reliability and cost improvements.
• Develop and deploy maintenance strategies and continuous improvement.
