Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of interior and exterior maintenance tasks across our community portfolio. You will handle routine repairs, respond to resident requests, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

A background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is valued, along with strong customer service and communication skills. Minimum 18 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Understanding of Bell Core Values.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and equipment maintenance as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authority before entering apartments.
• Ensure maintenance items are kept in a safe area to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
• Work with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
