Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks across our communities. The role emphasizes safety, resident privacy, and high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills, and a commitment to Bell Core Values. This is an on-site role requiring flexibility for weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment maintenance.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns in a timely manner.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authorization before entering units.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Adhere to safety/OSHA requirements and maintain regular attendance.
