Job summary

Pegasus Residential seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain properties and deliver exceptional service to residents. You will perform repairs and maintenance tasks across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general trades while upholding safety standards.

The role includes on-call duties with a $200 weekly bonus, Paid-for certifications (CPO, HVAC, etc.), a $50 cell phone stipend, PTO, holidays, full medical benefits, 401k with company match, and strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to learn HVAC, painting, plumbing.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
