Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Statesboro, GA. You will own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service, and complete service requests with professionalism.

Benefits include a $200 weekly on-call bonus, paid certifications (CPO, HVAC, etc.), a $50 cell phone stipend, 15 days of PTO, 12 holidays plus 3 floating holidays, 100% paid medical benefits for the employee, a 401k with company match, and a referral bonus program ($1,000–$1,500).

Qualifications

• Experience with or willingness to learn HVAC, painting and plumbing skills.
• Willingness to handle pool maintenance, grounds, drywall and carpentry tasks.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus; must have a valid driver's license.
