Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking an Apartment Maintenance professional in Valdosta, GA. You will own your role at the property, serve residents with excellent customer service, and complete service requests to keep the property running smoothly.

Experience with pool maintenance and grounds is a plus, and EPA or CPO certification is beneficial. A valid driver’s license is required to operate on-site equipment and respond to tasks promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
• Desire to learn skills such as pool maintenance and grounds.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Own your role at the property and provide excellent customer service to residents.
