Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our properties in the Saint Augustine area. You’ll handle resident requests, perform needed maintenance, and contribute to a safe, attractive living environment while upholding excellent customer service.

A valid driver’s license and a proactive attitude are required. Preferred skills include HVAC, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, pool maintenance, and related certifications (EPA or CPO a plus).

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to learn HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, grounds work, drywall, carpentry, heat pumps.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and提供 residents with great customer service.
