Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a dedicated on-site property care professional in Valdosta, GA to provide exceptional resident service and manage standard property maintenance tasks. You will handle resident requests, assist with pool, grounds, and appliance upkeep, and develop leadership capabilities within a collaborative team.

• Experience in managing resident or property service requests.
• Ability to supervise or grow into supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and deliver excellent resident service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Pursue supervisory opportunities and lead by example.
• Assist with pool maintenance, grounds, and appliance upkeep.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain a clean work area and inventory of supplies.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• "Own" your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
