Job summary

DRiV is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Maryville, MO facility to support safe, efficient operation of manufacturing equipment through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvement.

You will perform PMs, respond to breakdowns, assist with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and facility maintenance, and document work in the CMMS. The role emphasizes reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree or trade certification preferred.
2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or production environments.
Experience with PMs, repairs, and equipment troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance (PM) activities on production equipment according to schedules.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs to minimize downtime.
Repair and maintain manufacturing equipment, machinery, conveyors, tooling, and support systems.
Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and equipment adjustments as required.
Inspect equipment for potential issues and proactively identify corrective actions to prevent failures.
Document maintenance work orders, repairs, and PM activities within the maintenance management system.
