Job summary

DRiV Incorporated in Maryville, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician B to support safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

You will participate in PM, reactive maintenance, and continuous improvement activities, document work orders, and uphold safety, 5S, and OSHA standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• High School Diploma or GED; technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance activities on production equipment according to schedules and procedures.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair to minimize downtime.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and equipment adjustments.
• Document maintenance work orders and PM activities in the maintenance management system.
• Support safety programs and compliance with 5S and OSHA standards.
