Job summary

DENSO is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician in Maryville, TN to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment ensuring safe and efficient operations. The role partners with Production and Engineering to maximize uptime and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems; performing preventive and predictive maintenance; reading schematics and manuals; and maintaining maintenance

Qualifications

Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for minimum qualifications.
Minimum two years industrial maintenance experience or equivalent military maintenance experience is required.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and automated production equipment.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maintain equipment reliability.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical manuals.
Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective countermeasures to reduce downtime.
Set up, test, adjust, and verify equipment operation in accordance with company safety standards.
Assist with installation, modification, and improvement of manufacturing equipment and processes.
Participate in root cause analysis, problem-solving activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation.
