Job summary

ReadyFlo - Integrated Systems & Field Service is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to keep production equipment, fleet vehicles, and shop facilities in top condition. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, quick response to equipment issues, and ensuring reliable operations to support safe, efficient manufacturing.

The role requires strong mechanical troubleshooting, ability to work independently or with a team, and experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and maintain production equipment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and repairs on forklifts, welders, and similar equipment.
• Strong organization and attention to detail in maintenance record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to maximize equipment uptime and safe production.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on production assets and fleet vessels.
• Maintain PM program, documentation, and maintenance records.
• Repair and service power tools and shop equipment.
• Perform routine building maintenance and yard upkeep.
