Job summary

DRiV Incorporated in Tennessee seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair building systems and material handling equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, document findings, and ensure safety guidelines are followed to protect personnel and assets.

Ideal candidates read drawings and instructions, communicate across shifts, coordinate with outside contractors, and keep accurate maintenance records using basic MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willing to work alternate shifts as required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read drawings, diagrams and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Schedule and complete the Preventive Maintenance Program on all equipment.
• Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.
• Assist with changing the batteries on all material handling equipment as needed.
• Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.
• Ensure all equipment is in proper working order and all safety guidelines are adhered to.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
