Dorman Products is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure reliable operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities in a fast-paced industrial environment.

You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime while adhering to safety standards. The role includes maintaining records and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive maintenance mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment to maximize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues using diagnostic tools to resolve problems promptly.
• Conduct repairs, replacements, and adjustments following manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to plan maintenance schedules with minimal disruption.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including logs of repairs, parts used, and time spent on tasks.
• Participate in safety audits and promote a culture of safety across the facility.
